PROGRAMME - DAY ONE
9.30 am - 10 am Arrival
10 am - Workshop - I will reveal a secret about why only two out of ten couples are truly happy and share with you how you can achieve this too.
Relationship stages - Relationships go through predictable relationship stages. Each stage builds upon the previous one. By understanding the stages of a relationship, you’ll expect each stage and not get “stuck” in any of them.
11.30 - Coffee Break
11.45 - Workshop - Four stages of a relationship break up - Learn whether you are in one of those stages and how to fix this.
12.30pm - Lunch
1.30 pm - Workshop - Relationship Style Test - the idea that the way your earliest caregivers treated you can affect how you approach relationships today. This can be eye-opening and allow you to make sense of why you behave the way you do when you're in a relationship with someone. So, it's no wonder this psychological framework has become sooooooo popular. A simple quiz will help you to find out what your type is, and whether it is compatible with your partner's style. Only you will see your results.

10am - Workshop - Conflict dance - Why does he/she always start conflict? Why does he/she always withdraw? Observing your communication styles according to my research, I can predict whether the relationship is going to last or end. Being able to identify the problems in your conflict discussions is a necessary first step to eliminating them and replacing them with healthy, productive communication patterns. You will learn to resolve conflict in a relationship-healing and strengthening way.

11.15 - 1. Workshop Five Step Communication - Communicate your needs correctly - I feel... I need...Nonviolent communication is not a technique to end disagreements, but rather a method designed to increase empathy and improve the quality of life of those who utilize the method and the people around them.
2. Why do only two of ten couples stay in love. Learn the secret that's making them fall more in love with each other every day. Bring romance and intimacy back into your life.
